Questions
Is this an app?
No. It runs on call forwarding from your cell. The text goes out, and the list comes to you by email, and by text if you opt in.
Does a robot answer my calls?
No one talks to your callers. If you miss a call, they hear a short recorded line in your shop’s name (“Sorry we missed you. {Shop Name} will text you right now.”), the call ends, and they get a text from your shop’s number. We never record calls. If they text back, an AI text assistant, clearly labelled as AI, texts with them to get their name, address, problem and a good callback time, then hands it to you. It shares only your own estimate prices, if you turn that on, and it never promises times. You can turn it off anytime.
Who gets texted?
Only people who just called your shop and didn’t reach you. No one else, and no marketing blasts. At most one unprompted text per caller per 24 hours, even if they call more than once. After that, only replies to texts they send, written by your shop’s AI text assistant and labelled as AI. Reply STOP anytime.
